2. Include identifying information:
When completing your bank's transfer request form, be sure to include your company's
name as "ordering customer", and put what the funds are for under "details
of payment". You should include the name (s) of test candidates, company
of such and that you are paying an exam or course fee and/or ordering publications. IICL receives many
teletransfers for similar amounts so it is important to put as much
identifying information on your wire details as possible.
3. Notify IICL:
On the day that you request the transfer, fax to us a copy of your bank request form
AND a page explaining what the funds are for. Make sure that we can read the name of the
bank, your name, and your company's name on the transfer form. This will help us to identify your transfer
when we receive confirmation from the bank, and will help prevent delays.
